W imieniu Komisji Spraw Studenckich i Jakości Kształcenia Samorządu Studentów mam przyjemność oznajmić, że 12 kwietnia rozpoczęła się Ankietyzacja Przyjazne Biuro Obsługi Studentów (Ankietyzacja PBOS).
W tym miejscu warto sobie przypomnieć, czym jest Ankietyzacja PBOS?
Jest to coroczne badanie ankietowe oceniające pracę Biur Obsługi Studentów (wcześniej Dziekanatów) oraz samodzielne sekcje ds. studenckich UAM.
Głównym celem inicjatywy jest ewaluacja jakości pracy kadry administracyjnej – wskazanie pozytywnych sytuacji, które należałoby chwalić i propagować oraz sytuacji niepożądanych, które należałoby zniwelować.
Regularność badania pozwala na sprawdzanie relacji, jakie zachodzą między studentami Uniwersytetu a pracownikami Biur Obsługi Studentów oraz dostosowanie sposobu przeprowadzenia ankietyzacji, tak aby dotarła do jak największej grupy odbiorców.
W związku z tym, tegoroczna ankietyzacja została przygotowana zarówno w języku polskim i języku angielskim.
Badanie będzie trwało do 29 kwietnia i już od 12 kwietnia jest dostępne w systemie Ankieter oraz USOSweb.

Dear Students!
On behalf of the Student Affairs and Education Quality Committee of the Student Council I am pleased to announce that on April 12 began the Friendly of the Office for Students’ Affairs/BOS (PBOS Survey).
At this point, it is worth remembering what the PBOS Survey is?
It is an annual survey evaluating the work of the office for Students’ Affairs/BOS (previously Dean's Offices) and independent sections of AMU student affairs.
The initiative’s main objective is to evaluate the quality of the work of the administrative staff - to identify positive situations that should be praised and promoted, and undesirable situations that should be eliminated.
The regularity of the survey makes it possible to check the relations between the students of the University and the employees of the office for Students’ Affairs/BOS and to adapt the method of conducting the survey so that it reaches the largest possible group of recipients.
Therefore, this year's survey was prepared in both Polish and English.
The survey will last until April 29 and is available in the Ankieter and USOSweb systems from April 12.
